CRM and Loyalty Programme Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Manager to join our team at 3Search. This role offers the opportunity to lead the efficient operation of a globally recognised loyalty programme while driving innovative CRM initiatives.
The successful candidate will report to the Head of CRM & Loyalty and be responsible for managing and optimising the loyalty programme, enhancing customer experience. They will also develop the CRM roadmap to achieve strategic objectives, focusing on customer lifetime value.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading beauty retailer that's revolutionising customer loyalty and personalisation in the industry. With a commitment to data-driven insights, our partner provides a platform to establish meaningful customer connections and increase lifetime value.
We estimate this role comes with a salary range of £60,000-£70,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
