Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM and Loyalty Manager to lead the evolution of our globally recognised loyalty programme. With a focus on customer lifetime value, this role is key to enhancing customer retention and delivering business growth.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a Senior CRM Manager role with a focus on loyalty programmes, strong expertise in deploying CRM initiatives across both in-store and online channels, and the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights and innovative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimise a globally recognised loyalty programme, enhancing customer experience.
  • Drive the CRM roadmap to achieve strategic goals, focusing on customer lifetime value.
  • Implement automated, data-driven campaigns to support the customer lifecycle strategy.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Senior CRM Manager role with a focus on loyalty programmes.
  • Strong expertise in deploying CRM initiatives across both in-store and online channels.
  • Ability to transform complex data into actionable insights and innovative campaigns.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Optimove, Braze).
