Senior CRM and Loyalty Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM and Loyalty Manager to lead the evolution of our globally recognised loyalty programme. With a focus on customer lifetime value, this role is key to enhancing customer retention and delivering business growth.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a Senior CRM Manager role with a focus on loyalty programmes, strong expertise in deploying CRM initiatives across both in-store and online channels, and the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights and innovative campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimise a globally recognised loyalty programme, enhancing customer experience.
- Drive the CRM roadmap to achieve strategic goals, focusing on customer lifetime value.
- Implement automated, data-driven campaigns to support the customer lifecycle strategy.
- Proven experience in a Senior CRM Manager role with a focus on loyalty programmes.
- Strong expertise in deploying CRM initiatives across both in-store and online channels.
- Ability to transform complex data into actionable insights and innovative campaigns.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Optimove, Braze).
- A competitive salary of £65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
