Loyalty and CRM Strategy Lead

Job Overview
We're looking for a highly skilled professional to lead our Loyalty and CRM strategy, plans, and key activities. As the Head of Membership and Engagement, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic growth plans through loyalty propositions, enabling our loyalty proposition to reward customers across multiple channels, and driving retention within existing bases.
About You
- You have significant experience in loyalty proposition development and CRM roles.
- You've launched new loyalty programs and successfully run loyalty programs to deliver value.
- You understand loyalty P&L management and key financial drivers.
- You can work in a fast-paced environment and engage stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
