Your Role as Office Coordinator
As an Office Coordinator at LendInvest, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Glasgow office on a daily basis. You will be the welcoming face of our company and responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment that provides the best possible experience for staff and visitors. Your initiative and proactive nature will enable you to support client meetings, room bookings, general administration, and ensure the efficient running of the working day. There are many opportunities for growth and development in this role, allowing you to make it your own.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain office services by collaborating with internal or external suppliers.
  • Ensure the kitchen is always stocked.
  • Manage all preventative maintenance and ad-hoc repairs for the office.
  • Be responsible for the office layout and desk plan, as well as the desk booking system.
  • Perform office inductions for new starters.
  • Cover office duties when the Office Manager is out.
  • Serve as the point of contact for ground floor building reception when required.
  • E nsure the office adheres to Health and Safety Policy requirements.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post, ensuring customer requests are processed by the appropriate team.
  • Oversee the management and distribution of marketing merchandise, organize couriers as needed, and ensure meeting rooms are maintained to a high standard.
  • Greet and assist all visitors upon arrival, providing a positive experience.
  • Manage the stationery cupboard, including printer supplies.
  • Assist the management team and other team members with various projects and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Participate in office socials and wider company events.
