Job Title: Accounts Coordinator

We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Coordinator to join our dynamic Finance team in Livingston.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day financial activities, including generating sales invoices, managing cash flow, and supporting senior management with financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash flow by tracking and recording income and expenses.
  • Prepare and issue sales invoices using Xero accounting software.
  • Assist with daily bank reconciliations and month-end reports.
  • Support the Finance Director with financial planning and analysis.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with accounting tools like Xero and Lightyear (a plus, but not essential).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
