Accounts Coordinator

We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Coordinator to join our dynamic Finance team in Livingston.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day financial activities, including generating sales invoices, managing cash flow, and supporting senior management with financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage cash flow by tracking and recording income and expenses.
- Prepare and issue sales invoices using Xero accounting software.
- Assist with daily bank reconciliations and month-end reports.
- Support the Finance Director with financial planning and analysis.
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with accounting tools like Xero and Lightyear (a plus, but not essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
