Purchasing Ledger Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized Purchasing Ledger Coordinator to join our Finance team at CV-Library. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and verify invoices and expenses from 3rd parties
  • Maintain contractor spreadsheets and update logs regularly
  • Ensure Purchase Ledger Log is accurate and up-to-date daily
  • Manage audit trails and maintain compliance
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with vendor accounts
  • Support self-billing processes and credit applications for new suppliers
  • Verify VAT status of new suppliers and contractors
  • Generate weekly payment runs for suppliers
  • Work closely with Finance team members as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger roles
  • Knowledge of accounting software such as Sage
  • Skills in using Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel

Estimated Salary: £27,000 per annum
