Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled administrative professional to join our team as a Receptionist and Office Coordinator on a temporary basis. The contract will run for approximately 8 weeks, with the possibility of extension.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to multitask effectively. Key responsibilities include managing phone calls, emails, and visitors, as well as coordinating meetings and events.

Responsibilities:
* Respond to phone calls and inquiries from clients and colleagues
* Coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas and meeting materials
* Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
* Maintain accurate records and files
