About the Role
The Ascot Lloyd Group is seeking a highly organized and efficient Part Time Receptionist to join our team in London. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the office's operational efficiency and requires the individual to foster strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and investors by providing exceptional customer service during calls and visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls according to company standards
- Assist with reception duties as the primary point of contact
- Distribute internal and external mail for the local office
- Coordinate hospitality, travel, and accommodation arrangements
- Schedule and organize meeting room bookings
- Manage visitor parking and client accommodations
- Maintain stock levels of office supplies, ensuring all offices' requirements are met
- Support stationery ordering for teams across the business
- Act as a liaison for building management inquiries
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage workloads effectively
- Familiarity with processes and procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive telephone manner and attention to detail
- Client confidentiality and team collaboration
- Effective record-keeping skills
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
