Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at City Property (Glasgow) LLP. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our senior management team members, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Carry out general administrative duties using Microsoft Office software, including creating and maintaining filing systems, and managing mail both incoming and outgoing.

  • Assist with setting up and continuing development of office processes, including health and safety, employment and customer comments and complaints.

  • Provide a wide range of administrative services to senior management team members, including responding to customers, clients and business contacts.

  • Welcome and look after visitors and liaise with clients, suppliers and other staff daily.

  • Work closely with the teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Benefits: The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £25,500 - £31,000 per annum, 26 days annual leave plus 12.5 public holidays and opportunities for career development.
