Job Description: Customer Service and Admin Assistant

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Admin Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the team, with excellent organisational, coordination, communication and administrative skills.

About the Role:

  • Provide customer service and administrative support to the team via telephone, email and face-to-face interaction.
  • Support the team with a range of administrative based tasks including voucher issuance, monitoring, cancellation and reissue via CRM and internal systems.
  • Assist with office facilities management and take responsibility for updating information/Figures onto shared spreadsheets.

Requirements:

  • Relevant administration, customer service or office experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and good IT skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM software, Visio.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Previous stock control experience (but not essential).

Location: Hybrid Working from Home with options to work from either the Aberdeen or Dundee offices.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
