Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Search Consultancy. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide high-quality secretarial support and client care, working closely with Residential and Rural Property Groups to handle conveyancing process administration.

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Conveyancing Secretary, be highly motivated and committed to delivering excellent service to clients and colleagues, and possess excellent organizational skills and ability to plan and prioritize own workload.

Our ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to problem solving and decision making, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. They will also have excellent IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office applications, and a high level of accuracy with attention to detail.

This role is perfect for someone who is looking to develop their skills and experience in the property administration sector, and who is able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

The salary for this role is approximately £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
