About the Job

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced administrative professional to support the delivery of our joint programs with UESTC.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Glasgow College Hainan, UESTC team, including student records management, exam coordination, and general administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage student records and maintain accurate information in various systems
  • Coordinate exams, including paper preparation, moderation, and results processing
  • Provide administrative support for program directors and lecturers
  • Liaise with Glasgow-based colleagues on program delivery and events
  • Assist with timetabling, room booking, and other logistical tasks

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A high school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of Chinese and UK higher education procedures and regulatory environments
  • Fluency in English and Chinese
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work accurately under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will be employed by FESCO Sanya and based at Glasgow College Hainan, UESTC. The salary range is RMB 96,188 – 123,893 (13 months).
