Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Baby Scanning Ltd in Glasgow. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of our clinic, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing payments, and managing inventory. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer service, welcoming patients and their families, and ensuring that their experience is positive and seamless.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, transactions, and inventory.
- Process payments and manage cash handling responsibilities.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that supplies are ordered as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that patients and their families feel welcome and supported.
- Work collaboratively with the sonographer to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
