We're looking for a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our day-to-day operations.

Role Overview

The Administrative Assistant will work closely with one of our partners to ensure smooth execution of tasks, projects, and communications. This role involves managing the partner's schedule, handling important administrative tasks, and assisting with business-critical activities such as franchise recruitment and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide dedicated administrative support to one of our partners, including managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel.
  • Assist in the preparation and editing of reports, presentations, and key documents for client meetings and internal use.
  • Research and identify potential podcast guests.
  • Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the partner, ensuring timely responses and follow-up.
  • Support franchise recruitment and marketing efforts, managing materials and communications.
  • Organize and maintain the partner's files, documents, and other relevant data.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on key projects.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including booking venues, arranging logistics, and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as ordering supplies, handling office maintenance requests, and managing vendors.
Key Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced business environment.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in any related field (Master's Degree considered an asset).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Drive.
  • A high level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A self-starter with ambition to grow their career in an international consultancy firm.
  • Professional and positive attitude, with strong interpersonal skills.
