Job Title: Legal Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Legal Administrator to join our team at Office Angels in Glasgow City Centre.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a legal based role and possess strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering incoming calls and handling general enquiries on behalf of the office.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail, including processing expenses and ensuring accurate records.
  • Using case management systems to generate client invoices and maintain up-to-date business rates.
  • Processing client payments and maintaining accurate records.
  • Opening legal files and maintaining accurate records.
  • Uploading and sending Terms of Business to clients.
  • Performing ID checks and compliance processes.
  • Assisting in drafting basic lease management and lease variation documents.
  • Ordering legal searches and obtaining copies of title deeds.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience working within a legal environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using case management systems is desired.
  • Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
  • Knowledge of legal processes and terminology.
