Paralegal Assistant

Office Angels seeks a skilled Legal Administrator to join our team in Glasgow City Centre.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a legal environment and demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills.
Main Responsibilities:- Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, and letters.
- Coordinating office administration, including document management and expense tracking.
- Using case management software to generate client invoices and monitor business performance.
- Ensuring timely payment processing and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations.
- Supporting with ID checks, compliance, and other administrative tasks.
- Preparing and reviewing basic lease agreements and variations.
- Organising legal searches and retrieving title deeds as necessary.
- Prior experience in a legal or related field.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with case management systems is advantageous.
- Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry.
- Knowledge of legal processes and terminology.
