**Job Title:** Special Needs Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Special Needs Coordinator (SENCo) to join our team on a part-time basis, 2-3 days per week.
About the Role:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and implementing special educational needs provisions across the school.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to tailor educational plans for students with special educational needs.
- The SENCo will work closely with parents, external agencies, and the leadership team to create a well-rounded support network.
- Oversee Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) processes, interventions, and assessments.
