**Job Title:** Primary School Special Educational Needs Support Staff

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Primary School Special Educational Needs Support Staff member to join our team. As a key member of the school staff, you will provide high-quality support to students with special educational needs in a mainstream primary school setting.

Job Description:

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities that cater to the needs of students with SEN
  • Developing and implementing individualized learning plans that promote student progress and achievement
  • Working collaboratively with other support staff to create a positive and inclusive school culture
  • Supporting students during extra-curricular activities and sports events

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Able to work effectively with students who require additional support
  • Experience working with children with SEN (desirable)
  • A willingness to participate in extra-curricular activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
