Job Description: Primary School Special Needs Educator
Salary Range: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
Reeson Education is seeking a passionate and committed primary school special needs educator to join our team. As a dedicated professional with experience in working with children with autism and severe learning difficulties, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students.
About the Job:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching a class of pupils with autism and severe learning difficulties, using a curriculum that focuses on social and communication skills. You will work closely with Learning Support Assistants to create a supportive learning environment and use school facilities to enhance learning experiences.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- QTS or equivalent overseas qualification
- Experience in teaching children with autism and severe learning difficulties
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- DBS clearance
