Job Title: Special Educational Needs Leader for Inclusive Primary School

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Special Educational Needs (SEN) leader to join our inclusive primary school in Southwark. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective SEN provision across the school.

  • Lead the SEN team and coordinate support for students with additional needs
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Qualified SENDCo with the National Award for SEN Coordination (or working towards it)
  • Strong experience in SEN leadership within a primary school setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff, parents, and external professionals
