**Integrity Education Solutions Limited**, a renowned provider of therapeutic education for children and young people with special educational needs, is seeking a visionary leader to join their specialist primary provision in East London.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the school's vision and direction, ensuring all students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

  • Collaborate with the Headteacher to drive school improvement and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Oversee curriculum development and embed outstanding teaching and learning practices across the school.
  • Lead on pastoral care, safeguarding, and pupil well-being, creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all.
  • Monitor and analyse student data to inform strategic decision-making and improve outcomes for all learners.
  • Support staff development through mentoring, coaching, and performance management.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience within inclusion or in SEND, therapeutic or outreach education sector. The ideal candidate will have experience driving inclusive education initiatives, data analysis, and coaching staff to improve practice.
