**Leadership Opportunity:** Inclusive Learning Leader

We are seeking a motivated and experienced teacher to lead our inclusive learning program. The successful candidate will have expertise in creating a supportive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment for children with special educational needs.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working in Early Years, either in SEND or mainstream settings.
  • Able to work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to support each child's individual learning journey.

The salary for this role is approximately £42,500 per annum, based on the national average for senior leadership roles in London.
