We are seeking a highly skilled Teaching Excellence Manager to join our team at Ranikhet Primary Academy and the REAch2 Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional who wants to make a difference in the lives of children.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading initiatives and improving practice across our cluster of academies in Reading. They will work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure that all pupils receive the best possible education.
As a Teaching Excellence Manager, you will be expected to model excellent, inclusive practice and provide coaching and mentoring to colleagues. You will also have the opportunity to develop your own career goals through bespoke mentoring and coaching from the trust.
We are looking for someone with a wide range of experience in teaching across the curriculum, particularly with children who have autism or other special educational needs. The successful candidate will be a skilled practitioner who can lead by example and inspire others to strive for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives to improve practice and outcomes for children with autism
- Model excellent, inclusive practice and provide coaching and mentoring to colleagues
- Develop and implement strategies to support children with autism in the classroom
- Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to ensure that all pupils receive the best possible education

About the Role:
This is a permanent, full-time position based at Ranikhet Primary Academy. The successful candidate will be required to work across our cluster of academies in Reading, including Civitas, Green Park Village, and The Palmer academies.
