Dunbar Education seeks a highly motivated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our primary school team in Newham.
This role offers a competitive daily rate of £90 - £110, along with an immediate start for the ideal candidate.
Job Description:- Support students with special educational needs on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, focusing on their academic and personal growth.
- Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to adapt classroom activities and develop tailored learning plans that meet each pupil's needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging all students to feel valued and motivated.
- Proven experience working with children with SEN in a school setting, showcasing a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
- A valid DBS check, registered on the update service, is essential for this role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing effective collaboration with colleagues and pupils.
- A patient, empathetic, and passionate approach to supporting children's development, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.
