Lead SEND Coordinator Role

A dynamic Special Needs Leader is required to oversee the provision of special educational needs support in our Primary school.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and coordination skills, with a strong understanding of special educational needs and disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individual education plans to meet the needs of students with SEND
  • Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to secure additional support and resources for students
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SEND provision and make recommendations for improvement

Salary: £40,000 per annum
