Special Needs Facilitator

We are seeking a highly motivated Special Education Assistant to join our team and provide support to students with special educational needs in our primary school.
This role involves working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective support plans for two students:
- Morning: Supporting a boy with Down syndrome in Year 3.
- Afternoon: Working with a boy with ASD in Year 2.
This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the education and well-being of children with additional needs.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with special needs students and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Providing individualized support to students with special educational needs.
- Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to develop effective support plans.
- Ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- A competitive salary of £23.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
