You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement inclusive teaching strategies that cater to the unique needs of each student, ensuring a supportive and stimulating environment that fosters academic excellence and social growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with SEN
  • Provide small group instruction and one-to-one support to students requiring additional assistance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement curriculum modifications that promote accessibility and inclusivity

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
