Job Overview

The Front Desk Coordinator will play a key role in providing exceptional guest service at Langshott Manor Hotel.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a friendly and organized individual to join our professional reception team during busy periods. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a warm and welcoming personality, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and ensure a seamless check-in experience
  • Process room assignments and handle guest inquiries
  • Assist with rooming and provide accurate information to guests
  • Manage incoming calls and respond to guest queries
  • Post charges and process guest billing
  • Take reservations for bedrooms and produce daily activity reports for internal departments
  • Sell hotel facilities and rooms to enhance guest experience
  • Organize porter services as required
  • Balance shifts and complete end-of-day procedures
Requirements
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and 37.5 hours per week (5 days)
  • Excellent personal appearance and strong communication skills
  • Friendly disposition and genuine desire to serve guests
  • Organized and accurate data entry skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations
