About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team at Lavazza Professional UK.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on LAVAZZA's growth in the UK Coffee To Go market.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Business Acquisition:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the convenience and forecourt market.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Existing Account Retention and Growth:
    • Manage and develop existing customer relationships to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Identify and pursue upselling opportunities to increase average order value.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (plus commission and benefits).
