Area Business Growth Specialist

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to fill the role of Area Business Growth Specialist at Trane Technologies. As a critical member of our truck and trailer sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share through our dealer network.
Key Accountabilities- Grow revenue through our network of channel partners, maximizing profits and increasing market penetration.
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and margin goals.
- Collaborate with internal support teams to co-develop marketing and sales plans tailored to channel partner needs.
