Account Growth Specialist

Mulberry Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated Account Growth Specialist to play a key role in driving growth and revenue for our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with customers.
The Account Growth Specialist will be responsible for working closely with customers to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet those needs. They will also be required to maintain accurate records on the CRM and utilise the required pipeline and quoting portals.
Key responsibilities of the Account Growth Specialist role include:
- Ensuring regular contact with customers to become their trusted partner and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Identifying opportunities to hit monthly sales targets and developing strategies to meet those targets
The salary for this position is approximately £31,500 - £33,000 + OTE (£49,500 - £51,000). We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
