Welcome Break is seeking a talented Customer Service Manager to lead our team of customer service representatives. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for motivating and supporting your team members to deliver exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in retail or catering and will be able to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have a competitive salary of up to £12.44 per hour, plus a £10 on-shift meal allowance. Other benefits include flexible working patterns, immediate start opportunities, employee discounts, and career progression through training programs.
