Job Description: Customer Service Coordinator

NHS Coventry and Warwickshire ICB is looking for a skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. This role involves providing a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with promptly and professionally.

**Main Duties:**
* Provide specialist secretarial/administration support as directed by line manager* Dealing with routine and specialist enquiries in a pleasant and helpful manner* Ensure that administration team processes are followed in an accurate and timely manner* Act as a point of contact for the department, communicating relevant information to stakeholders* Ensure that all complaints, comments and suggestions are dealt with appropriately, in accordance with policy* Inputting into, monitoring and printing reports from computerised systems* Demonstrate office systems and department requirements to new starters* Have a flexible/adaptable approach to their work in order to meet various deadlines*

**Person Specification:**
* Educated to NVQ 3 level in a relevant subject or equivalent level of qualification* Knowledge and experience of working in an administration environment* Ability to delegate task to ensure timely and accurate delivery of service* Demonstrable experience of working with computerised data systems* Has knowledge and experience of working in CHC administration environment* Awareness of a range of Health Services provisions*

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality. The salary for this role is approximately £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
