About the Opportunity

Sales Excellence is seeking a Customer Success Strategy Lead to lead the commercial relationship with our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managed services and project delivery, with a focus on B2B relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a customer success strategy to drive growth and increase customer satisfaction.
  2. Work closely with practices to meet commercial targets and exceed them by collaborating with the sales team.
  3. Provide training and coaching to internal stakeholders to ensure they understand customer needs and deliver excellent service.
  4. Identify opportunities to add value to customers and develop strategic plans to achieve these goals.

Requirements:

  • A good understanding of managed services and project delivery with a commercial background in B2B relationships.
  • Previous experience in managing direct client relationships and conflict resolution.
  • Experience in working in a metrics-driven environment and presenting customer delivery progress.
  • A person who takes pride in building relationships with customers and leading growth in those accounts.
  • Commercially driven with experience in managing and meeting commercial targets.

Salary

An estimated salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per year, depending on experience.
