Customer Success Strategy Lead

About the Opportunity
Sales Excellence is seeking a Customer Success Strategy Lead to lead the commercial relationship with our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managed services and project delivery, with a focus on B2B relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a customer success strategy to drive growth and increase customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with practices to meet commercial targets and exceed them by collaborating with the sales team.
- Provide training and coaching to internal stakeholders to ensure they understand customer needs and deliver excellent service.
- Identify opportunities to add value to customers and develop strategic plans to achieve these goals.
Requirements:
- A good understanding of managed services and project delivery with a commercial background in B2B relationships.
- Previous experience in managing direct client relationships and conflict resolution.
- Experience in working in a metrics-driven environment and presenting customer delivery progress.
- A person who takes pride in building relationships with customers and leading growth in those accounts.
- Commercially driven with experience in managing and meeting commercial targets.
Salary
An estimated salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per year, depending on experience.
