Senior Customer Success Lead

About the Role
Cement the relationship with new and existing customers through onboarding, integration, account growth, new product adoption, and strategic renewals. Develop a consultant perspective on client communications, questions, and meetings to drive business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and present at regular client meetings, both in-person and over video conference.
- Analyze customer usage to form accurate forecasts and identify potential risks.
- Work closely with the executive team to translate customer feedback into specific product requirements.
- Develop proactive strategies to mitigate risks and drive customer success.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 4+ years of account management experience, preferably in Martech SaaS.
- A strong understanding of customer success techniques and strategies.
- Comfortable learning new software and navigating complex work processes.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
