About the Role

Cement the relationship with new and existing customers through onboarding, integration, account growth, new product adoption, and strategic renewals. Develop a consultant perspective on client communications, questions, and meetings to drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and present at regular client meetings, both in-person and over video conference.
  • Analyze customer usage to form accurate forecasts and identify potential risks.
  • Work closely with the executive team to translate customer feedback into specific product requirements.
  • Develop proactive strategies to mitigate risks and drive customer success.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 4+ years of account management experience, preferably in Martech SaaS.
  • A strong understanding of customer success techniques and strategies.
  • Comfortable learning new software and navigating complex work processes.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
