About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Lead to join our team at Blink - The Employee App. As a key member of our Customer Success Department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends and customer needs to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive adoption, satisfaction, and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at executive and day-to-day levels.
  • Manage customer expansion and renewal processes to drive growth and minimize churn.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Blink features and services.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to inform product roadmap development based on customer feedback.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in Customer Success, with experience in driving business growth and customer satisfaction in a B2B SaaS environment.
