We are seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of Regional Partnership Director at Evri. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results and providing outstanding customer service in the final mile through operational effectiveness, quality, cost, service, professionalism, and standards of the Delivery Unit Operation and in the Contractor management.

The successful candidate will have full ownership of the Delivery Units & Contractor function within a defined region aligned to the operation. Key responsibilities include ensuring the Delivery unit offers both internal and external customers the highest levels of customer service, driving continuous improvement across the full remit, and utilising performance insight to make key operational changes.

Key skills and qualifications include a current UK driving license, ability to work 5 over 7, knowledge of commercially viable decisions, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

We offer an excellent remuneration package with opportunities for progression, learning, and development. The salary for this role is approximately £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the Delivery unit offers both internal and external customers the highest levels of customer service.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the full remit.
  • Utilise performance insight to make key operational changes.
  • Ensure the Delivery Units are operating in a secure manner and opportunities to decrease loss, claims, and damage are maximised.
  • Provide insight and guidance to Business Partners and Contractors to increase performance through consistency and innovation.
  • Fully accountable for the Contractor performance assigned to you.

Requirements:

  • Current UK driving license.
  • Ability to work 5 over 7, including various shift patterns.
  • Knowledge of the self-employed courier model.
  • Previous experience of working in a customer-focused industry in a fast-paced operational role.
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
