The position of Regional Partnership Development Manager is a key role within our organization, and the internal title for this position is Director Sales Representative.

  • Negotiate and establish strategic partnership models that align with our global business strategy.
  • Drive sales engagement with partners through various models, including co-sell, reseller, referral, and teaming.
  • Develop and implement business plans, product training, and marketing events to generate demand.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partnership executives and sales teams to facilitate operational efficiency and create mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Help operationalize unique partner models and strategies.
  • Effectively manage partners through clear governance processes, including regular business reviews and status meetings.
  • Contribute to the development of sales enablement collateral and tools to support our solutions within partner offerings.
  • Utilize data and metrics to measure partner success and provide analysis and recommendations for program improvement.
  • Collaborate with partners to establish a quantifiable business case that drives strong, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Possess a hunter mentality, enabling you to effectively communicate the value of partnering with Moody's to business executives.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills, attention to detail, and executive presence.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
