Regional Business Development Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Agency Partner to drive business growth and establish long-term partnerships with key media agencies in the EMEA region.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join Smartly Group as a Regional Business Development Manager - Agency Partnerships, where you will be responsible for leading relationships with key growth agencies across executive, operational, social, and activation teams.
Main Responsibilities- Drive scalable business growth by establishing strong agency partnerships, evidenced by scaled agency growth (net new revenue & net new client adoption)
- Establish Media Services Agreements (MSA) and develop proprietary custom solutions that help both the agency and Smartly grow
- Foster collaborative partnerships with local agencies, ensuring they maximise the use of Smartly solutions
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Media experience within the EMEA region is preferred
- An understanding of agency services, their business models, and the role they play within media and creative industries
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English, with German language skills being a bonus
You will have the opportunity to work in our London or Berlin office at least 2 days a week (hybrid), with the ability to travel across the EMEA region for meetings, conferences, and industry events.
Estimated salary: €80,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
