About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Partnerships Business Development Manager to join our team at Trust In SODA. This is an exciting opportunity for a business development professional to drive growth and establish our company as a key player within the UK education and skills ecosystem.

About You:

  • Proven experience in business development within the education, training, or skills sector is essential.
  • A strong understanding of the UK's Further Education sector, skills funding, and regional economic development is required.
  • You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Further Education Colleges, Institutes of Technology, Combined Authorities, Chambers of Commerce, and Local Enterprise Partnerships.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills are vital.
  • You will work closely with local employers to promote our short-form courses and part-time bootcamps as solutions to their workforce development needs.
  • Strategic thinking and alignment with business objectives are essential.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel regularly within the territory is necessary.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships and will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
