Job Overview

Inspired Education Group, a leading global network of premium schools, is seeking an exceptional Regional Business Partnership Manager to enhance its business strategy and delivery of DfE accredited Online Alternative Provision. This newly created position will play a pivotal role in driving growth and success within the UK market.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves implementing and delivering the B2B business development strategy for Alternative Provision in the UK. Reporting directly to the Senior Business Partnership Manager Midlands, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive account management roadmap for key clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing the account management strategy for high-value clients
  • Creating compelling sales materials, presentations, and research-driven initiatives to drive sales and marketing efforts
  • Accurately forecasting sales and revenue growth based on identified business opportunities
  • Nurturing and expanding relationships with Local Authorities, Multi-Academy Trusts, Schools, and Local AP Centres/PRUs
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the AP sector, leveraging industry insights and market trends
  • Driving sales target achievement in line with company objectives and financial plans
  • Contributing to the development and execution of local, regional, and national marketing campaigns
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and data to inform strategic decision-making

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, ideally with proven business development experience in the public sector
  • Strong commercial acumen and results-oriented approach
  • Demonstrable success in account management, lead generation, and customer service
  • Experience of developing successful relationships with local authorities and educational institutions
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and their applications in education
  • Flexibility, energy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and the chance to work with a dynamic team in a rapidly growing organization.
