Apple's Sales organization generates revenue to fuel product and service development. Our sales team is the face of Apple to our largest customers.
The AppleCare Business Development Manager is responsible for developing partnerships with Resellers/Retailers and Carriers in the region, formulating strategies to deliver revenue growth with AppleCare sales. You will work with a cross-functional team to develop strategies and business cases, structure and execute partnerships, and drive strategic initiatives to grow our AppleCare business in the dedicated region.
Reporting to the EMEIA AppleCare Sales Director, the role is based in London and will require regular travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop AppleCare customer propositions and evangelize AppleCare features and benefits amongst internal teams and external partners.
- Develop and execute strategic Country and Account Plans in collaboration with the Hardware sales teams.
- Win and retain partners through Back-End Margin programs.
- Expand the AppleCare footprint in the region by winning and onboarding new partners.
- Grow the AppleCare business with existing partners by developing and implementing initiatives across the three levers of Awareness, Advocacy, and Offers/Promotions.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Healthy pipeline of accounts to backup quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Creation of a clear Country and Account Plan with all cross-functional contributors.
- Successful closing of AppleCare deals in the region.
- Quality of Business reviews for accounts/countries.
