Job Description: As a Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will lead sales initiatives, develop strategic plans, and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Your expertise will help us understand customer needs, identify sales opportunities, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. In addition, you will work with our sales team to qualify potential customers, provide product training, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you will need 2+ years outside sales experience, a strong understanding of business principles, and excellent communication skills. We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $120,000 per year, a tiered bonus plan, paid benefits, 401k, and vacation pay.
