Job Description:
As a Business Development Consultant at Ladgov, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our organization by identifying and developing new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on expanding our offerings in key product/service categories, including Clothing and Textiles, Electronics, Fleet, Industrial Products, Office Furniture, Recycling, and Services. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote our products and services across various platforms, including LinkedIn. Additionally, you will engage with industry and trade associations, business networking groups, and economic development officials to expand our business opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, with a focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities for private and/or government sectors.
  • Proven ability to conduct market research, gather competitive intelligence, and provide actionable insights to support sales growth.
  • Experience with digital marketing strategies, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and AI software for market research.
  • Utilize AI and Intelligence Software (such as Gazelle) for market research to identify corporate growth signals.
  • Create and manage a digital marketing strategy to promote Ladgov's products and services across various platforms, including LinkedIn.
  • Engage with industry and trade associations, business networking groups, and economic development officials to expand Ladgov's business opportunities.
  • Generate high-quality leads and schedule 100-125 meetings annually with qualified prospects.
