About the Role:

The Manager – Building and Assets will lead the development and execution of asset and property strategies, driving business growth and service delivery within our not-for-profit organisation.

This strategic role requires a proactive leader with strong technical expertise to align asset strategies with organisational goals.

  • Develop and implement asset management strategies and plans to optimise resource use, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with AMAF standards.
  • Identify growth opportunities, develop business cases for investments, and oversee property projects in coordination with regulatory bodies and contractors.
  • Manage property operations, budgeting, maintenance, and vendor relations, implementing best practices and exploring technology solutions for efficiency.
  • Foster collaboration, professional growth, and effective resource management among team members.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years in senior-level Asset, Building, or Property Management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic asset management, including development of asset strategies.
  • Strong budget management, business case development, and proposal writing skills.
