Business Development Sales Specialist

Job Overview
">We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Sales Specialist to join our team at MySoft Ltd. Located in Fleet, Hampshire, this role offers a unique opportunity to launch a career in sales with a competitive starting salary of up to £22k per annum.
">About the Role
">- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales operations, learning from the ground up and taking on key tasks to drive business growth.
- With comprehensive training provided via the Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship programme, you will develop the skills and confidence to excel in a customer-facing role within 12-18 months.
Key Responsibilities
">- Accurately update and maintain Freshdesk with professional service enquiry updates, ensuring seamless communication with customers.
- Process customer quotations and proposals in Sage X3, ensuring timely and commercial validation.
- Utilise Zoho CRM to track open customer quotations and proposals, proactively communicating with customers for progress updates.
- Maintain accurate sales progress updates in Sage X3, ensuring transparency across the business on project timescales and upcoming work.
- Communicate with Sage and partners on quotations required by customers, following up and updating both internally and externally.
- Attend internal and external meetings as the minute taker, ensuring minutes are accurately recorded, produced, and communicated promptly.
- Update and maintain customer spreadsheets, analysing performance targets and revenue opportunities.
- Provide monthly sales results to the sales team, analysing performance against targets.

- Competent in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
- Team player with strong working relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.
