We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Account Growth Specialist to drive revenue expansion at accounts in assigned market segments. This role is responsible for greater than $900k in annual revenue, with the ideal candidate having professional experience with B2B customers and a valid driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all sales and account planning efforts for assigned accounts
  • Understand customer objectives, strategies, and requirements to identify and pursue sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Pricing & Inventory Analysts, Customer Service Reps, and other Associates to present product demos and training presentations
  • Provide customer training on Myers product line
  • Provide field intelligence on competitive activity, changes in markets, distribution and pricing as well as input on customer preferences and product features
Requirements:
  • Professional experience with B2B customers, including customer needs assessment, sales plan development, pipeline development, and territory growth
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle report (insurable) and clean driving record
  • Ability to travel frequently throughout territory, including overnight travel
  • Successful sales history with 2+ years outside sales experience
  • High school diploma, college graduate preferred
  • Disciplined use of CRM
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Compensation:

The compensation for this position is between $61,500 and $102,000, with a tiered bonus plan and benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, vision, life, vacation, and sick pay.
