Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive with over two years of experience in construction estimation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities through client relationship management and sales activities.
Strong relationships with clients will be maintained to develop profitable work streams. Pricing of projects will involve compilation of budget prices based on development plans and briefing documents.
Tender packages will be produced for projects based on tender information available. Key responsibilities include cost analysis for all submitted tenders and priced packages sent from Lynx Forecourt Limited.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to compile subcontractor tender information and prices based on the scope of works.
The estimated salary for this role is £75,000 - £95,000 per annum based on qualifications and experience.
