Commercial Sales Growth Manager

This Administrative Commercial Specialist position is responsible for growing revenue and gross profit at commercial segment facilities. The successful candidate will lead sales and account planning efforts, understand customer objectives, and identify sales opportunities.
Key responsibilities include managing small accounts, selling Myers' programs and solutions to mid and large size customers, and collaborating with Product Managers and other Associates to present product demos and training presentations. Additionally, the candidate will implement and achieve monthly and yearly sales plans, provide customer training on Myers product line, and provide field intelligence on competitive activity and customer preferences.
The ideal candidate will have a professional background in B2B sales and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. A high school diploma is required, and a college degree is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is also necessary.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
