Sales and Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a Revenue Expansion Executive to grow revenue and gross profit at accounts in an assigned market segment covering passenger segment facilities. The position is responsible for greater than $900k in annual revenue. The ideal candidate will have professional experience with B2B customers, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel frequently.
About the Role:This role requires a strong understanding of customer objectives, strategies, and requirements to identify and pursue sales opportunities. The successful candidate will be able to lead all sales and account planning efforts for assigned accounts and provide customer training on Myers product line.
Responsibilities:- Lead all sales and account planning efforts for assigned accounts
- Understand customer objectives, strategies, and requirements to identify and pursue sales opportunities
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Pricing & Inventory Analysts, Customer Service Reps, and other Associates to present product demos and training presentations
- Provide customer training on Myers product line
- Provide field intelligence on competitive activity, changes in markets, distribution and pricing as well as input on customer preferences and product features
- Professional experience with B2B customers, including customer needs assessment, sales plan development, pipeline development, and territory growth
- Valid driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle report (insurable) and clean driving record
- Ability to travel frequently throughout territory, including overnight travel
- Successful sales history with 2+ years outside sales experience
- High school diploma, college graduate preferred
- Disciplined use of CRM
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products
The compensation for this position is between $61,500 and $102,000, with a tiered bonus plan and benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, vision, life, vacation, and sick pay.
